Description

A unique opportunity to lease a commercial space within the recently refurbished Market Hall, Holyhead Town Centre. The Commercial Area is located on the ground floor close to the main entrance, which will leads directly into the library and other businesses occupying the building. The space may be considered suitable for a variety of uses subject to statutory consent. 

After been derelict for over 10 years, Holyhead Market Hall has been fully refurbished to a high standard to accommodate new uses and to create a long term sustainable end use for building. The project ensures a sustainable future, respecting and celebrating the Market Hall’s heritage. It will provide a new home for Holyhead Library and the Island’s local history collections as well as providing exhibition space, new spaces for learning, training and community activities. 

Lease Terms

Negotiable. Lease agreement with rent paid monthly in advance. The successful applicant will be responsible for the preparation of the lease, which will be in the region of £621.55 plus VAT. The Council has a policy of securing commercial rental deposits equal to 6 months’ rent. This is a completely separate payment to the first instalment of rent. A 6 Monthly fair proportion service charge will also be payable.
