Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn - Isle of Anglesey County Council

Landlords' Forum

Annual forums are held to help keep private sector landlords, agents and professionals up-to-date on issues.

The aim is to provide a platform on which landlords can share their experiences of letting accommodation, both with each other and with the Council; to help landlords provide good quality accommodation in Anglesey; to increase awareness of changes in legislation, procedures and policies and to respond to landlords concerns and needs.

If you are a landlord or agent with property on Anglesey, and would like to be invited to future forums or kept updated on issues that may affect you, please contact the Environmental Health Service. Your details will be treated in accordance to the Data Protection Act and will only be passed on to relevant departments within the Council.

Landlords Forum 2021

This year’s virtual forum meeting was held on Tuesday 22 June.

Subjects on the agenda included

  • Anglesey’s Local Housing Strategy 2022 to 2027
  • NRLA update – eviction notices
  • Housing Support Grant
  • Financial Inclusion Service

Each of these topics has a significant effect on the private rented sector, and so landlords were encouraged to attend.
